Profile Overview
The Academic Manager – Programs will lead the planning, delivery, and continuous enhancement of academic sessions and content across IC3 Institute’s programs. This role involves faculty management, content quality review, academic operations, and residential program coordination—ensuring impactful learning experiences aligned with institutional goals. The position requires strong cross-functional collaboration, a data-driven mindset, and innovation in pedagogy.
Key Responsibilities
- Academic Delivery: Manage session planning, live/hybrid/recorded delivery, and academic calendar events
- Faculty Coordination: Identify, onboard, and schedule faculty; maintain faculty database
- Content Quality: Review and provide feedback on sessions, content, and pedagogy
- Curriculum Alignment: Ensure all syllabi and content align with learner outcomes; propose instructional innovations
- Assignment Oversight: Design academic assessments, track submissions, and publish results accurately
- Feedback & Improvement: Collect learner feedback, analyze insights, and lead academic retrospectives
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
- Experience: 5+ years in academic management, with 3–4 years in the social sector or education nonprofits
- Preferred Background: Experience in career/college counseling, higher education, e-learning, or instructional design
- Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent time and project management
- Strong content review and instructional insight
- Familiarity with EdTech tools (LMS, Google Workspace)
- Clear communication and documentation
- Student-first approach with high academic integrity
- Willingness to travel for Residential programs
